We are so excited to officially welcome Mackenzie to the Totally Refreshed Steam & Spa family! 🤍
With 20+ years of experience behind the chair, Mackenzie is not only an incredibly talented hairstylist but also a passionate educator dedicated to helping women feel confident and beautiful.
She specializes in women's cuts, dimensional color, blondes, brunettes, grey coverage, and customized color transformations.
Mackenzie's career has been nothing short of inspiring. She has served as a REDKEN Educator, performed stagework for REDKEN, been an product tester for AG, and is always investing in her craft through advanced education and professional development.
She is also the recipient of a Contessa Award for Canadian Hairstyling and has had her work featured in Bridal Magazine, styling hair for editorial photo shoots.
The moment Mackenzie walked through our doors, we instantly connected with her. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine personality made her feel like part of the family right away—and we have a feeling you're going to love her just as much as we do! 💕

We're so excited to welcome the newest member of our massage therapy team... Ana! 💚
Ana joins us as a Student Massage Therapist and brings with her years of experience as an esthetician, along with the kindest, most genuine heart. From the moment she joined our team, we knew she'd fit right into our spa family, and we're so grateful she chose Totally Refreshed Steam & Spa for her student practicum.
As Ana works toward completing her 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma, you can enjoy a relaxing massage with her at significantly reduced student pricing. It's the perfect opportunity to experience a wonderful massage while supporting someone as they work towards their dream!
