Our expansive 7000 square feet spa facility offers a wide range of services, including private steam bath suites, massages, facials, salon & nail services, waxing, salt scrubs, and body wraps, all carefully designed to help you unwind and rejuvenate. Within the confines of Totally Refreshed, you'll discover spacious treatment rooms meticulously crafted to elevate your spa experience. Furthermore, our Luxury Spa Boutique proudly showcases top-of-the-line professional skin care products, makeup, and more. We take immense pride in being a 7-time Consumer Choice Award winner, spanning from 2017 to 2023, a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence. Since our inception in 2001, as a locally owned business, we have consistently dedicated ourselves to providing exceptional service while creating a luxurious haven for our cherished clients. Our spa underwent a significant enhancement in 2014, revitalizing the ambiance and ensuring that Totally Refreshed Steam and Spa stands as the epitome of luxury in Red Deer. In 2015, we expanded our reach by opening a secondary location on the south side of Red Deer to meet the growing demand for our exceptional services. As of October 2023, we have merged both locations into our south location, allowing us to centralize and continue offering unparalleled services to our valued clients. Yesterday was such a special day of learning, connection, and growth.
We had the privilege of welcoming Emily from Elite Feet, who flew in from Florida to share her knowledge and expertise with our teams. We had the opportunity to work alongside Cactus Club Salon & Spa in Okotoks to bring this education to Alberta.
We met Mandy many years ago, and we truly think the world of her. She is an incredible businesswoman, and having another woman in our industry who we can connect, collaborate, and grow with means so much to us. Opportunities like this are such a great reminder that when spas work together, we can bring incredible education and experiences back to our teams and, ultimately, our clients.
We sent three of our estheticians who have each been part of Totally Refreshed for over 10 years. Being able to continue investing in team members who have invested so many years into us is incredibly special.
We can’t wait for them to bring everything they learned back to the rest of our esthetics team, sharing new tools, techniques, knowledge, and inspiration so we can continue learning and elevating what we do.
