Lisha’s Beauty Studio – Client Policy Agreement

Welcome to Lisha’s Beauty Studio! Thank you for choosing us. To ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client, please review and agree to the following policies before booking your appointment.

Appointments & Deposits

* A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments.
* Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
* Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

* We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
* Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule at the last minute may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Policy

* Please arrive on time for your appointment.
* Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled at the technician’s discretion.
* Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee.

No-Shows

* Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
* Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

Guests & Children

* To maintain a relaxing and safe environment, please attend your appointment alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
* Children should not accompany you unless they are receiving a service.

Health & Safety

Please notify us before your appointment if you:

* Are pregnant or breastfeeding (for applicable services).
* Have allergies, eye infections, cold sores, skin conditions, or any medical condition that may affect treatment.
* Are taking medications or have recently undergone cosmetic procedures that may impact your service.

Services may be postponed if it is not safe to proceed.

Lash Appointments

* Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.
* Foreign fills from another artist may require removal and a new full set if the existing work does not meet our standards.
* Lash retention varies based on aftercare and natural lash growth. Results cannot be guaranteed.

Permanent Makeup

* A consultation may be required before treatment.
* Clients must carefully follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions.
* Results vary from person to person, and additional touch-up appointments may be necessary.
* Cosmetic tattooing is an elective procedure, and healed results cannot be guaranteed due to individual skin types and healing.

Teeth Whitening

* Results vary based on individual staining, lifestyle, and oral health.
* Clients must follow all aftercare instructions for the best outcome.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, products, and customized nature of our services:

* All services are non-refundable.
* If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assess the issue and determine whether a complimentary adjustment is appropriate.

Photography

Photos and videos may be taken before and after your appointment for documentation and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photos shared publicly, please let us know before your service.

Right to Refuse Service

Lisha’s Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is disrespectful, abusive, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or whose condition makes treatment unsafe.

Agreement

By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or receiving services at Lisha’s Beauty Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies.
