If you know dancers, you know cracked skin, chapped lips, dry broken hair and

Taking the dog out used to be something on the list of things to do. I am an outdoor person and I get energy from being in nature but when there are things to do the “doing” becomes the priority. The environment doesn’t even exist.

In teaching about fueling your brain I have noticed many things that I should be paying more attention to.

Lately my walks have been for me. My time to learn about my brain, my time to improve my awareness, my time to learn self acceptance. My journey for peace.

Lately I have been listening to self help audio books while I walk. I dont always relate to everything I hear but there is always something to learn.

Instead of ruminating about what needs to get done, I am working towards enjoying the view and learning how to accept things for what they are.
