Wanted everyone to see this video. To all salons in the GTA please beware of this client. Her name is Alexa Alessandra. She is notoriously known for booking appointments, getting services done, and then RUNNING OUT without paying. Not like me to post about clients but I am spreading awareness to ensure no one else gets scammed like we did. She owes us hundreds after the 4 hours of work she did not to mention she took products too.
I've reached out to some other salons who have ALSO had her walk out on them before so this is normal for her. I have filed a police report.
