We’re so excited to welcome Carly to the SOCIAL team and to bring something brand new to our schedule.

Carly has been teaching yoga for over 13 years and is bringing two very different vibes to the studio both in a warm style class:

YOGA SCULPT | WEDNESDAYS 12PM ➡️Yoga meets strength with Pilates-inspired movement, core work, balance & a little sweat… all in a warm style class set to an EDM-inspired playlist because… this is SOCIAL after all.

GENTLE YOGA | SUNDAYS 7:15PM
➡️Slow it down. Stretch it out. Breathe a little deeper. This warm style flow focuses on mobility, relaxation- giving your body some love before heading into a new week.

Whether you spend your week riding, lifting, flowing… or a little bit of everything, we think your body is going to LOVE having these warm style classes on the schedule.

We’re packing up the bikes and heading back to YIP C***r for a full Sunday afternoon of movement, music, friends, family and some seriously good local fun.

We’ve got 3 outdoor rides happening throughout the afternoon — but this day is about WAY more than the bikes.

Bring the whole family: bouncy castles for the kids from Jump For Fun - Bouncy Castle Rentals, face painting by Squiggle & Dot - Face Painting. Thats not all… Henna by Munira Mustafa will be on site as well as permanent jewelry by Le Fil Rouge | Permanent Jewelry + plenty of time to grab a c***r, hang out and enjoy the view! Can you think of a better way to spend a Sunday?!
