Sneak peek 👀 of Quadrant 2 — Class 30 in my STRONG Nation classes 🔥
Every Tuesday & Thursday at Nautilus Plus, we move, sweat, and push together… and honestly, the music is what takes it to another level 🎶
Watch how every move is perfectly synced to the beat—this quadrant was set to a fun soca-style track, and you can feel the energy shift. It makes you want to go harder, move bigger, and just enjoy every second of it.
Huge shoutout to my amazing participant (aka my fellow STRONG addict😅) for jumping in and helping me bring this to life 💪

“Strong looks different on everyone… but this is mine.”
It’s not just about the weight on the bar.
It’s about showing up on the days I’m tired.
Pushing through setbacks, injuries, and doubts.
Balancing life, kids, work… and still choosing me.
Strong is not a look.
It’s a feeling. It’s a mindset. It’s resilience.
This version of me wasn’t built overnight—
it’s the result of consistency, discipline, and a whole lot of heart.
And if there’s one thing I’ve learned…
you don’t have to look like anyone else to be strong.
You just have to keep going.
Still riding that high from yesterday 🔥
I competed in RX1 Nation for the second year—first comp of the season—and wow… I surprised myself in the best way. This hybrid challenge (CrossFit, cardio, endurance, strength) pushed me hard, but despite some recent injuries and setbacks, I did better than last year. And I couldn’t have done it without the guidance and support of my amazing coaches, Carl and Carlos 🙏
Yes, I’m pulling the “age card” again… but only to remind you of this: it is NEVER too late.
Not too late to start.
Not too late to get stronger.
Not too late to try something new.
Whether you’re a mom, going through menopause, dealing with injuries, or just feeling stuck—your journey is still yours to build. Don’t let age, fear, or excuses hold you back.
You want to try something new? GO FOR IT.
You want to challenge yourself? DO IT.
We are capable of so much more than we think 💪✨

Today marks a special milestone for me: 9 years as a STRONG Nation instructor, 11 years teaching Zumba, and 13 years since I became certified in other formats as well as a group fitness instructor.
Over these 13 years, I can honestly say I’ve grown so much — not only as an instructor, but as a person. When I first started, I was definitely less confident. But with time, experience, practice, and a real desire to keep learning and improving, things gradually changed. Taking additional trainings, challenging myself, and continuing to grow has helped shape the instructor I am today.
But more than anything, it’s the people — all of you who have taken my classes over the years. The energy you bring, the effort you put in, and the connection we share in every class is what truly fuels me.
I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and for everyone who has been a part of it. I’m excited to keep teaching, coaching, motivating, and being part of so many fitness journeys for years to come.
And a very special shoutout to my dear friend Leticia who is the one who first got me started on this path. I used to take her Zumba classes, her bootcamp classes, and eventually her STRONG classes. She saw something in me before I even saw it in myself and encouraged me to become an instructor. I’m so grateful that she believed in me and pushed me to start this journey. ❤️
Thank you all for being part of it. 💪✨
With just a little over two weeks before my first CrossFit competition of the season, I finally had to start testing some upper body movements.
Because of my injury, I haven’t trained my upper body in months — it’s been treatments, rehab, and re-adaptation work.
Tonight I tried a few knees to chest exercises… and I surprised myself. Not only could I do them with good control but I also realized something I was worried about: the muscle is still there.
I’m sharing this not just as a small personal win, but as a reminder — no matter your age, an injury, or any obstacle that comes your way… don’t give up.
Get the help you need, trust the process, keep doing the work… and the results will come. 💪🔥
The countdown is on. t minus 16 days till the 2026 competition starts...let's do this!💪💪
