If you have a sunburn, please always let us know before your appointment.

Here’s why ~>

When your skin is sunburned, it’s already in a damaged, inflamed state. The top layer of your skin is compromised, which means,

💎 Your tan can develop uneven, patchy or too dark in certain areas

💎 Your skin may peel quickly, taking your spray tan with it

💎 The solution can cling to dry, damaged spots and look blotchy

Most importantly, it can be uncomfortable or even painful during the application of your spray tan.

Sunless tanning works by reacting with the amino acids in the top layer of your skin. When that layer is disrupted from a burn, the results become unpredictable and short lived.

In some cases, we may recommend waiting a few days until your skin has calmed and started to heal, so you can get the best possible results.
