Prior to opening in 2002, owner Cookie was inspired by an aquafit students gel nails. She had been looking for a purpose in life beyond being a wife and mother at the time as well, so took this inspiration as a catalyst to enroll in the Nail Tech course. Originally opening a one room studio offering nails and waxing, Cookie quickly became too busy to manage client bookings and day to day operation
