Today I ran my fastest Half Marathon ever, finishing in 1:56 and beating my previous PB by over 6 minutes.

Running has taught me so much about consistency, discipline, resilience and trusting the process..lessons that carry into every area of my life and business.❣️

Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It happens through showing up, putting in the work and staying committed even when progress feels slow.🦋

June Breathwork Journeys🦋

I’ve created a few powerful group journeys for June each with a different intention and experience. I shared a description of each one on the posters so you can feel into which journey may be calling you most. Sometimes the one that feels the most uncomfortable or emotional is actually the one we may need the most. If one stands out to you, let me know and I’ll get you signed up 🤍

If you’re feeling uncertain or nervous, that’s completely normal. Trying something new can bring us outside of our comfort zone, especially when it involves slowing down, feeling and reconnecting with ourselves. Just know you’ll be supported every step of the way in a safe, welcoming, judgment free space.❣️

Although these are group experiences, they are also deeply personal journeys. Everyone wears headphones and eye masks, allowing you to fully drop into your own experience without worrying about what anyone else is doing around you. It becomes your own private inner journey while still being held in a supportive group setting.🥰
