Chicken fingers anyone? Yummy gluten free healthy chicken fingers and they're actually delicious! Here's the recipe! 2 chicken breasts sliced into strips
2 whole eggs lightly beaten
3 1/4C almond flour mixed with garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper
dip chicken in egg and coat in flour mixture, place on greased baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes at 375, I broiled for 1-2 minutes each side to finish them off and make them crispy! Enjoy!

Off to Bali we go! So grateful for the opportunity that Shaklee has presented us! We were able to earn this trip all expenses paid to a five star resort in Bali for 7 days - adding a few extra days before hand..and it is truly a dream come true!

Just finished cleaning the house in preparation for a potluck & house concert tomorrow night with some great people..I love using the shaklee cleaners because they are non toxic & bio degradable! And I mean...look how shiny they made the countertops have a good weekend everyone!

I could never get tired of my morning shaklee smoothie! My favourite is chocolate with half of a frozen banana and a Tbs of natural peanut butter!
