The time has come!! 🤩

I’m officially done school and now a licensed Manual Osteopathic Therapist right here in Saskatoon!

This has quickly become my biggest passion, helping people heal through gentle hands. Making a difference by actually addressing the root cause of pain and tension.

And great news for anyone with extended health benefits! I’m now accepting insurance coverage from major providers including Sun Life, Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada life, and many more (see image for full list).

If you’ve been dealing with pain, stiffness, or just want to feel better in your body, I highly recommend giving it a try. And I’d love to support you on your journey!!

Message me with any questions or to book!! I can’t wait to share this amazing therapy 🩷🩷

Manual osteopathy listens to the story your body is telling! 🤍

Because every body is different, your treatment is always tailored to you. Based on your concerns, your history, and how your body responds, I may use one or a combination of the following techniques:

đź©· Myofascial release - slow, sustained stretching of soft tissues to release tension. This is the non-oil portion of my massage treatments.

🩷 Osteoarticular corrections - a gentle way to improve joint movement and position using light muscle contractions and relaxation — no cracking involved.

đź©· Craniosacral therapy - subtle techniques that help release restrictions within the skull and sacrum to support your nervous system and balance.

đź©· Visceral manipulation - uses gentle myofascial techniques to restore the natural movement and function of your internal organs.

🩷 Lymphatic drainage - encourages healthy lymphatic flow to help reduce swelling and support your body’s natural detox processes.

My goal is always to support your body in doing what it’s designed to do, heal and function at its best ✨

Your body’s foundation matters more than you think ✨

In osteopathy, the sacrum & pelvis are the base of the body. When this foundation isn’t aligned or moving well, the spine compensates — often leading to low back, hip, or pelvic pain.

💡 Let’s talk about the coccyx (tailbone)!
The coccyx is the lowest part of the spine and a major attachment point for pelvic muscles and ligaments. It plays a huge role in hip stability and weight-bearing.

🤍 Ever fallen directly onto your tailbone?
🤍 Sit for long hours at work?
🤍 Experienced pregnancy or pelvic trauma?

All of these can contribute to a misaligned coccyx, which may be silently driving pain or dysfunction up your spinal column.

In just one session of manual osteopathy, this client left feeling lighter, looser, and noticeably more mobile.✨

These before and after results come from the most recent case study I conducted as part of my program, focusing on reducing headaches, relieving neck pain, and improving overall range of motion.

It’s amazing what one session can do when the body is given the right support to reset and realign! Although, results are not always this visual.

Now offering student sessions for $40. Massage me for details :)

As a current student at MOCC, I can now offer manual osteopathic treatment alongside massage therapy!

When manual osteopathy can support my clients’ bodies and goals, I draw from my growing toolbox to help uncover and address the root of their discomfort — not just the symptoms.

This program has already been so rewarding, and I can’t wait to see where it takes me. I’m looking forward to sharing it with all of you! ✨

This may look like a TikTok trend, but it’s actually science!

Dance breaks have been shown to boost serotonin and dopamine (your brain’s feel-good chemicals), lower cortisol (the stress hormone), and even improve cognitive function over time. Plus it gets your body moving!

Dancing has always been my favorite outlet—it helps me clear my head, shift my focus, and feel more like myself. So next time you’re in a funk, put on your favorite song and shake it off!

Your body, brain and mood will thank you for dancing like no one’s watching 🤗🤪

One whole year ago, I took a leap and opened my own massage business— and WOW, it’s paying off. 💛

I’ve gotten to know the kindest people, shared some really special moments, and have learnt a ton along the way. I’m deeply grateful for my roots in my small hometown practice that began a year ago—and for the way things have grown and evolved here in the city since.

4 years ago I was still in school to become a teacher and I can’t believe how much things have changed, but totally for the better.

Thank you for every visit, every referral, and every bit of support. Here’s to year two—staying grounded, growing, and learning new ways to support the clients who make this all possible.
