We want every visit to GUIDE to run as smoothly as possible, for you, your stylist, and the rest of our guests.

A few friendly reminders about our salon policies:
• Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations are subject to a $25/hour reserved fee, while same-day cancellations, cancellations within 4 hours, and no-shows are $50/hour reserved.
• Feeling sick? Please reschedule and come see us when you’re feeling better.
• Not quite loving your cut or colour? Let us know within 3 days so we can help.
• Can’t get into your usual stylist? Our Open Chair Policy means you’re always welcome to book with another member of the GUIDE team.
• To keep the salon relaxing for everyone, we ask that devices stay silent or be used with headphones,
• We love our little ones but we ask that childcare be arranged outside the salon during your service.
• Some stylist do offer services to children, however price is based on time rather than age.

We know life happens, and emergencies will always be considered. Clear communication goes a long way in helping us take great care of everyone in our chairs.

A little team time away 🤍

The salon will be closed September 26–28th while our team heads off for our staff retreat. A weekend to relax, recharge, spend some quality time together, and make a few memories outside of the salon.

We’ll be back behind the chairs Tuesday, September 29, refreshed and ready for you.

Help us welcome to the GUIDE team Mary Joe (MJ)!

She has been a stylist for over five years and has recently moved to Saskatoon. She has a passion for colour corrections as she loves the challenge of a complete transformation. She has a strong focus in asian hair, and also loves crafting soft layers and chic bobs.

Her schedule is open and she will be welcoming new clients starting next week!
