Meet Ciara, one of the talented hairstylists behind the beautiful hair at Total Look! 🤍

Ciara has been part of the Total Look team for three years and is a licensed Red Seal Hairstylist with a passion for colour, blonding and creating beautiful, personalized cuts.

While she loves the creativity of hairstyling, her favourite part of what she does goes beyond the hair. Ciara loves building genuine relationships with her guests and creating a comfortable, safe space where they can relax, be themselves and leave feeling confident. ✨

Her favourites behind the chair? Colour transformations, blonding services and a great haircut!

Outside of the salon, Ciara is very family-oriented and loves spending time with the people closest to her. You'll also find her enjoying the outdoors, fishing—with an iced coffee probably not too far away! 🧋🎣 Her love for the beauty industry doesn't stop when she leaves work either; hair and makeup are also some of her favourite interests.

With more than 40 years in the esthetics industry and nine years as part of the Total Look team, Cathy brings an incredible depth of knowledge, experience and care to everything she does. 🤍

As our Lead Esthetician and a Dermalogica Expert, Cathy not only cares for her own guests but also plays an important role behind the scenes at Total Look—helping train and mentor new team members and ensuring the high standards of service and care our guests expect are carried through our esthetics department.

Cathy has a true passion for skincare, especially advanced treatments, and loves educating her guests about their skin. Whether you're looking to address a specific concern, improve your home-care routine or simply aren't sure where to begin, Cathy believes in helping you understand your skin and creating a personalized approach to help you look and feel your best.

One of the things she's most proud of after all these years is the incredible relationships she's built with her guests—many of whom have trusted her with their skin and self-care for years.

Outside of Total Look, Cathy loves spending time with family and friends, gardening, attending Bomber games and heading to a great concert. 🌿🏈🎶

Total Look Spa & Boutique will be closed Wednesday, September 30 in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

We take this day to honour and remember the children who never returned home, the Survivors of residential schools, their families and their communities, and to reflect on the ongoing journey toward truth and reconciliation.

We will reopen with regular hours on Thursday, October 1st, 2026.
