The Bodywork Lab

Hi, I’m Lauren—Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and owner of The Bodywork Lab. I warmly welcome you—or a friend—to my table.
I’m excited to share that I’ve launched my own clinic while still offering treatments at Kia Ora Chiropractic and Wellness.
📍 Finding The Bodywork Lab — 227, 41 Broadway Blvd
First time visiting me at my new location? I’ve made a little video to make finding your way here as easy as possible! 🤍
In the video, I’ll show you:
🚗 Where to park
🏢 What the building looks like from the outside
🚪 Which entrance to use
🪜 How to find my waiting room
🚻 Where the bathrooms are
📍 What to expect once you arrive
Getting here:
Enter through the doors underneath the Delta North Geomatics sign, head upstairs, and follow the hallway to the end.
You’ll see a wooden bench with some of my business cards. Feel free to take a seat there, and I’ll come out to meet you at the time of your appointment.
There is plenty of parking around the building, and I wanted to show you the surrounding area so you can feel familiar with the space before your appointment.
Save this video for your first visit, and as always, if you have any trouble finding me, just send me a message! 😊

A little bittersweet news 🤍
My last day at KIA ORA CHIROPRACTIC & WELLNESS will be September 23rd.
If you’ve been meaning to book in with me at Kia Ora one more time, now is the time! I’d love to see you before I finish up.
I also want to say a huge thank you to Chantelle and David for creating such an amazing place to work. Kia Ora has been such a wonderful part of my journey as an RMT, and I’m so grateful to have worked alongside such a kind, talented team. 🤍
And don’t worry — I’m not going anywhere!
If you’d still like to see me for massage, I’ve moved all of my hours over to The Bodywork Lab in Sherwood Park. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to put more of my time and energy into my own practice and continue building this little space.
Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me along the way. I’m incredibly grateful. 🤍
If you’d like to book before September 23rd, get yourself in! And if you’re ready to follow me over to The Bodywork Lab, I’d love to see you there.

Well, it’s safe to say the Starbursts are a BIG hit! 😂🍬
Someone (me 🙋♀️) can’t seem to stop eating them, so after only a few weeks of being open… we’re already running low! 😂
Looks like it’s time to stock up before I accidentally eat the entire supply. 😅

Feeling ALL the client love this week! 🥹💚
I got not one, but TWO beautiful plants for my new space! 🌿🌱 They’ve already made the room feel even more cozy and welcoming.
I’m so grateful for the thoughtful clients who make what I do so special. Thank you! 🥰

We’re ready to welcome you! 🤍
This space has truly been a labour of love, with more trips to Homesense, Walmart, and Amazon than I can count. Every little detail was chosen to make your experience as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
✨ A table warmer and heating pad for those who are always cold.
🌬️ A fan for those who run a little warmer.
💇♀️ Extra hair elastics (because we’ve all forgotten one!).
🪞 A mirror to check your hair before you head out.
🧥 And a quirky coat rack that perfectly fits the calm, peaceful vibe of the space.
I couldn’t be more excited to welcome you to the new home of The Bodywork Lab!
There are still a couple of finishing touches to come—my website will be updated soon, and the door signs still have the previous tenant’s name—but we’re officially open and ready to serve you.

Thank you to every single one of my amazing clients. Your support has made this possible, and I truly couldn’t have done it without you. ❤️
