If you've been sitting at a desk, driving, working on your feet, lifting kids, training at the gym, or just living life...
Your body can start feeling pretty darn cranky.
And sometimes the answer isn't simply "stretch more."
Your body needs a combination of movement, recovery, rest, hydration, strength and—sometimes—a little professional help.
One of my favourite things about massage therapy is helping people reconnect with how their body actually feels.
Because sometimes you don't realize how much tension you've been carrying until you finally let it go.
So here's your midweek reminder:
Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Take a deep breath.
Move your body.
And maybe ask yourself:
"What does my body need today?" ❤️

We tend to think about massage when something hurts.
A stiff neck.
A cranky back.
Shoulders that feel like rocks.
A headache that won't quit.
But what if massage became part of your maintenance, rather than something you only do when you're already miserable?
Your body works hard for you every single day.
Work.
Parenting.
Driving.
Exercise.
Housework.
Standing.
Sitting.
Stress.
Life.
Sometimes it deserves a little attention BEFORE everything starts hurting.
Regular massage can be one piece of a bigger self-care and recovery routine—and you don't need to be falling apart to deserve it. ❤️
This week's appointments are completely booked, but I have very limited availability next week.
Don't wait until your body is sending emergency signals. 😉
🌹 Book online whenever you're ready.

Last week was an absolute whirlwind—and one of the highlights was getting to work as an RMT at a golf tournament!
I packed up my massage chair, tent, table, supplies (and a LOT of bugspray 😂) and headed out to the course to help golfers loosen up, recover, and keep moving throughout the day.
And you know what?
I LOVED IT.
There's something really fun about bringing massage therapy directly to where people are.
The energy, the conversations, meeting new people, and getting to help someone feel better in just a short session was SO rewarding.
So if you're organizing:
⛳ Golf tournaments
🏆 Sporting events
🎉 Corporate events
👥 Team events
🌿 Community events
..I'd absolutely LOVE to hear from you.
I'm officially putting “more event massage” on my wish list. 😉
And to my regular clients: thank you for keeping me BUSY. ❤️
I'm completely booked this week, with very limited availability next week.
If you've been waiting to get on the table, now is the time to grab one of those remaining spots.

You've spent the week working.
Driving.
Lifting.
Chasing kids.
Sitting at a desk.
Standing on your feet.
Doing approximately 47 things at once...
And your body has noticed.
Maybe it's time for a little maintenance. 😉
Massage therapy can be a great way to take some time for yourself while addressing the muscle tension and discomfort that builds up through everyday life.
So before you roll into another busy week thinking:
"I'll book next week..."
Go ahead and book it now.
📅 Online booking is available.
Your future self will probably thank you. ❤️

You know that spot that feels like a tiny rock in your shoulder?
You press on it.
You stretch it.
You roll it around on a lacrosse ball.
And somehow... IT. KEEPS. COMING. BACK. 😂
That's because muscle tension isn't always as simple as "this one muscle is tight."
Your posture, daily habits, workload, stress, movement patterns and even the way you compensate for discomfort can all play a role.
That's why massage therapy isn't just about rubbing the sore spot.
It's about looking at the bigger picture and working with your body—not against it.
So if you've got a stubborn ache that keeps returning...
Let's figure out what your body is trying to tell you. 🌹
📅 Book your appointment online.

I've got you.
And if you've been putting off booking because life got busy, consider this your sign. 😉
