Front Desk Coordinator (Full-Time)

Do you love organization, exceptional customer service, and being part of a positive, beauty-driven environment? We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our salon!

In this role, you'll:
• Manage guest bookings and appointments
• Support daily salon operations and scheduling
• Help create and improve systems and processes
• Educate guests on retail products and support sales
• Assist with inventory and vendor relationships
• Create simple social media content
• Help maintain a welcoming, organized salon environment

We're looking for someone who:
• Is highly organized and detail-oriented
• Loves problem-solving and improving systems
• Communicates professionally and confidently
• Has a guest-first mindset
• Is comfortable with technology and eager to learn
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

💰 $24/hour to start
