New Service Announcement – Hypnotherapy at the Spa

I am excited to share that starting February,hypnotherapy services will be available at the spa.

After successfully completing a 10-month professional training program with the Canadian Academy of Clinical Hypnotherapy and 106 sessions. I am now offering individual and group hypnotherapy sessions, both in-person and online, tailored to support your personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Hypnotherapy can support:

* Stress and anxiety management
* Sleep difficulties and insomnia
* Confidence and self-esteem
* Emotional regulation
* Habits and behavioral change
* Pain management and relaxation
* Performance, focus, and motivation
* Body image and self-relationship
* Life transitions and personal growth

Sessions are available for booking on:

- Tuesdays
- Thursdays

I can’t believe the spa is celebrating its 8th anniversary! It feels like just yesterday I had arrived from Whistler, renting a small room in the village and starting from scratch. A year and a half later, I expanded… then COVID hit. But through it all, I’ve been so lucky to have the most amazing clients who’ve supported me every step of the way.

I’m incredibly proud to have turned my childhood dream into a reality—opening a spa in a country I’m not originally from**. I’m from France, and building something so meaningful here has been an amazing journey.
