For those of you who are new here, I am Paige!

I am a Registered Massage Therapist.
Currently I am registered in both Ontario & British Columbia! 🇨🇦

As an RMT with a background in nursing, I bring a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and wellness to every session. As an athlete from a young age, I’ve been involved in soccer, basketball, paddling, and climbing—all experiences that shape my approach to care.

Whether you’re seeking relief from intense activity, recovering from an acute or chronic injury, or simply looking to de-stress, I tailor each treatment to your needs. I’m grateful to combine my passion for health and hands-on care in a role that allows me to support, advocate for, and treat those who prioritize their well-being.

‼️ Incase you missed the newsletter‼️

As some of you may already know, or have heard from others, I am moving to the beautiful province of British Columbia! 🏔️I am VERY excited, and a wee bit nervous for the big move across the country. The many emotions I am feeling include a sadness at leaving my fabulous clientele who have made my job here in Stratford so very enjoyable and successful. For that, I am very grateful for all of you.

For booking, I will continue to book until the end of August, and leave September as a possibility for some last appointments. 🙏🏼

I do apologize for the stress or concerns that may experience finding a new massage therapist. I know it is not an easy task, and when you find one you like… you don’t want to switch :)

I’m excited to share with you that my online booking is now live! ✨

Online booking will only be offered to current clients, and existing clients who have been treated in the last 6 months.
It will not be open to new clients.

This will allow you to book future appointments, to change current appointments or to cancel appointments as needed.

If you cannot find a suitable time within online booking - please contact me.

What will happen:
1. An invite email will be sent you
2. You will create an user profile
3. Then you’re ready to book!
