Jason's Transformation

The picture on the right is Jason at 360lbs in 2018 and on the left is 2021 sitting at 195lbs, a 165 lb drop. In 2020 Jason was at his leanest at 170lbs. Super proud of his progress these past few years.

A lot of people can lose weight. We do not have a shortage of diets or lack of access to gyms. I've heard a ton of stories about people losing weight and eventually gaining it back or putting more weight on. I love the fact he lost all the weight in two years and has kept it off since.

He has worked very hard and trusted the process. Aside from his crazy work ethic I think the four phased approach to nutrition we use at BKB is one of the reasons he has done so well. Excited to see what further progress we can make!
