Delano Nails & Spa

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to take a moment to clarify an important matter regarding the parking area at our plaza.

After speaking directly with our landlord, we have confirmed that our customers are permitted to use the parking spaces within the plaza while visiting our business.

We have also confirmed with our landlord that the owner of the convenience store does not have exclusive rights to the parking area and does not pay for or control these parking spaces. Therefore, he does not have the authority to demand that our customers leave, intimidate them, harass them, or yell at them over parking.

We take the safety and well-being of our customers seriously. If you are approached, confronted, or verbally harassed regarding parking while visiting our salon, please remain calm and, if it is safe to do so, record the interaction and send any video or other evidence to us.

We will document these incidents, keep records of any evidence provided, and take the appropriate steps to report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Our customers should not have to experience intimidation or harassment simply for parking in an area they are permitted to use.

We sincerely appreciate each and every one of you for your continued trust, support, and loyalty. We are incredibly grateful to have such wonderful customers and will continue to do our best to provide you with a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.❤️
Sincerely ,
DELANO NAILS TEAM
