I'm always a sucker for a beautiful sunset, no matter the sliver, it's a beaut 💗🙌

We were absolutely thrilled to have found wild Saskatoons 🙌

As kids my mother canned saskatoons and they were such a treat served with her farm fresh cream💗

So I made a little compote, and served it on ice cream im this +30 day💗

The nostalgia emoting from this was unreal for me🙌

Cooked in my mother's vintage pot, stirred with my brother's spoon, and overseen by my Oma's teapot💗

Also I used honey from my dear friends from back home, Pretty Valley Honey 👌

This was an amazing camping version, that took me back to my childhood 🙏

These Osprey are incredible to watch💗
So we looked up a bit more about them.
We learned they travel up to 5-7 thousands klms one way, from Mexico and Central America to come here and have thier babies. They migrate separately, females leaving first, then the males and the chicks a few weeks later.
They spend thier winters 1000's of klms apart, and then migrate back in the spring to the exact same nest to meet up and mate again😲
