Yesterday, I had the privilege of teaching an amazing group of women through Dress for Success Central Alberta how to create a simple, professional everyday makeup look they can recreate at home!
We focused on affordable products, easy techniques, colour matching, and finding the right products and application steps to help each woman feel confident doing her own makeup at home! 🤍
Because makeup isn’t about changing who you are. It’s about feeling confident and comfortable in your own skin! 🥹
A HUGE thank you to the generous businesses and individuals who donated products so I could put together little makeup kits for each of these wonderful women!

Ok, here it is… CHLO ARTISTRY IS MOVING INTO A STUDIO SPACE NOVEMBER 1, 2026!!! 🎉🤩
I’m SO excited to share that my little business is moving into its very own studio space right here in Sylvan Lake, inside Meraki Collective Studio! Meraki Collective I’ll be taking over the loft space right by those big beautiful windows!
Honestly, this is a dream I’ve had since I first started doing makeup almost two decades ago. To have a space of my own where I can create, teach, welcome clients, and continue growing a business I absolutely LOVE!
Am I scared? YES!!!! Excited? ABSOLUTELY!!!! Is this a complete leap of faith? 100%!!!!
But the way this opportunity came together feels divinely inspired. The right space became available at exactly the right time as I was preparing to expand my education services, and I truly believe God had a hand in making this happen. 🙏🤍
I’m also SO excited to be surrounded by like-minded business owners, all under one roof, supporting each other, collaborating, and growing together!
And there’s MORE coming in 2027! 👀
This move opens the door to expanding my services, with an even bigger focus on personal makeup lessons, professional artist mentorship, and exciting new educational opportunities!

Been feeling like crap all week 🤧 but had a photoshoot I had to get ready for… I clean up okay! 😂
I’ve actually been enjoying doing my own makeup again lately! As my skin changes with age, I think I just wasn’t loving how my makeup was sitting anymore in all my lines and pores.
Funny enough, as a makeup artist, I use mostly drugstore products on myself and save all the fancy stuff for my clients! 😂 But I’ve been playing around with different combinations and finally found some I really love! 🤍 I did get a FACE atelier foundation for myself to try and so far I really like it!
