Helping you achieve healthy, glowing skin from within ✨

10/01/2026

Love this transformation 🤩

In just 3 months, she reached her goal of having clear, glowing skin for her wedding day ❤️

What she worked on:

- A skincare routine matched to her skin type
- Targeted products to help improve hyperpigmentation
- Staying consistent with her routine

The biggest reminder: results take time, but the right routine + consistency can make such a difference ✨

During pregnancy, I gained around 30 lbs. Even before pregnancy, I was around 150 lbs at 5’1”, so after having my baby I knew I wanted to feel healthier and more comfortable in my body again.

But because I was breastfeeding, my biggest priority wasn’t losing weight as fast as possible. I wanted to nourish my body and make sure I was getting enough macronutrients and micronutrients to support both myself and my baby.

I focused on:
✨ Better nutrition
✨ Getting enough protein
✨ Simple home workouts
✨ Staying consistent, even when life was busy
✨ A few supplements that supported my overall nutrition and fit my routine

Over time, the weight came off! the baby weight and another 20 lbs. But what I’m most proud of is that I built habits I could actually maintain.

No crash diets. Just learning how to take better care of myself while taking care of my baby too. 🤍

Clearer skin usually comes from doing the basics consistently, rather than constantly adding more products 👀

A few habits that can quietly make things harder for your skin:

• Sleeping with makeup or sunscreen on — oil, sweat, makeup and buildup can sit on the skin overnight, so a gentle cleanse before bed matters.

• Over-exfoliating — using too many acids, scrubs or actives can leave your skin irritated and make redness or breakouts look worse.

• Picking at breakouts — I know it’s tempting 😅 but it can increase irritation and make dark marks linger longer.

• Skipping sunscreen — especially if you’re dealing with acne marks or hyperpigmentation. Daily SPF helps protect the progress you’re making.

• Changing products constantly — when you switch your routine every few days, it becomes hard to know what’s helping and what’s irritating your skin.

You really don’t need a complicated 10-step routine. A few products that suit your skin, used consistently, can go a long way. ✨

What losing 20 lbs did to my face 👀

The biggest difference I noticed wasn’t just the weight — my bloating went away, my face looked less puffy, more defined, and my skin looked healthier too.

For me, focusing on better nutrition, movement, and simple consistent routines made a huge difference over time. ✨

Sometimes your “glow up” really does start from the inside.

POV you cracked the code to hair growth 👀

Hair care is only the tip of the iceberg.

Your hair also depends on what’s happening inside — enough protein, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals, and overall nutrition all matter for supporting healthy growth.

Shampoo and serums can support the scalp and hair, but if your body is missing what it needs, your routine may only be addressing part of the picture.

Think whole-body wellness:
Protein • Iron • Zinc • B vitamins • Healthy fats • Consistent nutrition

Healthy hair starts from within 🤍.

“You’re so lucky to have good skin genetics…”

Genetics definitely play a role in our skin, but so do the things we consistently do every day — skincare, nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress management, and protecting our skin from the sun.

My skin didn’t change overnight. I stopped guessing, simplified my routine, and became consistent with the habits that worked for me. ✨

Your body gives you clues. Hair shedding, weak nails, and feeling tired all the time can be linked with low iron.

Many women are low in iron & although these symptoms can be linked to other things it may be worth having it checked.

Motherhood changed me in more ways than I expected.

After pregnancy, I went through changes with my hair, skin, weight, and confidence. I started focusing on simple things I could stay consistent with — nutrition, movement, and routines that actually fit my life.

Over time, I started seeing my hair get thicker, my skin improved and I lost 20 lbs. Slowly I started gaining my confidence.

That journey is a big part of why I now love helping other women with their own wellness goals.

If you’re going through something similar, my DMs are open ❤️

HAIR FALL? Don’t ignore it 👀

If you’re noticing more shedding than usual, check these things:

🩸 Iron + ferritin
Low iron stores can contribute to increased shedding.

☀️ Vitamin D
Low levels may be associated with hair loss.

🥩 Protein intake
Your body needs enough protein to support healthy hair growth.

😰 Stress + cortisol
Physical or emotional stress can trigger shedding weeks or months later.

⚖️ Hormones
Hormonal changes can play a major role, especially with sudden or persistent hair loss.

🧴 Scalp health
Dandruff, inflammation, buildup or irritation can affect the environment your hair grows in.

Hair fall can have multiple underlying causes, so simply changing your shampoo may not address the real issue.

DM “HAIR” to book a 1:1 consultation and let’s look at the bigger picture.

Build your clear skin plate 🥗✨

A simple way to build a balanced meal:

🥦 ½ non-starchy vegetables
Think broccoli, spinach, cucumber, zucchini, peppers, cauliflower, cabbage or leafy greens.

🍳 ¼ protein
Try salmon, sardines, eggs, chicken, turkey, tofu, lentils or beans.

🍚 ¼ gluten-free grain
Choose rice, brown rice, wild rice, buckwheat or millet.

This combination gives you fibre, protein, healthy fats, antioxidants and micronutrients that support gut health, steadier blood sugar and overall skin health.

Save this as your easy plate-building guide for your next meal. 🤍
