St. Clement's School Toronto

Last week, our Student Council Presidents and Community Partnership Leads led a meaningful Junior School Community Time activity focused on food insecurity. Through hands-on learning, Grades 1-6 students explored the importance of supporting those in need while helping raise awareness for SCS's annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.

This Thanksgiving season, SCS is once again partnering with St. Clement's Church and North York Harvest Food Bank to collect non-perishable food items for families and individuals in our community. Donations can be dropped off in the Main Foyer until October 8. 💙

We have a full fall line-up of co-curriculars and clubs now underway at SCS – including the Pawsitively Pets club for Junior School students! Members gathered recently to learn interesting facts about several small, furry friends. 🐹🐰

If you’re thinking about SCS for your family, we’d love to meet you this fall! Join us for one of our upcoming Open Houses on Friday, October 16 or Friday, November 20 and discover what makes our school community so special. See our approach to deeper learning in action, explore all that happens within our spaces, connect with students and staff members, and discover more about the programs and opportunities that shape life at SCS.

Greetings from Down Under! 🇦🇺

Having landed safely in Sydney, our Clementines and staff are now exploring sunny Cairns ahead of the Round Square International Conference, which beings on September 28. We're excited to share a few moments from their Australian adventure so far!

125 years of Clementines coming together for causes bigger than themselves. 💙

As we continue celebrating 125 years of SCS, we're throwing it back to 2005, when our community laced up for the Walk or Run a Block event marking the 25th anniversary of Terry Fox's Marathon of Hope.

Despite the rainy weather, SCS students and staff completed an incredible 705 laps (both outside and in the gym), covering more than 305 miles, and raised over $1,000 for the Terry Fox Foundation.

Twenty years later, one thing hasn't changed: rain or shine, Clementines always show up.

Clementines and staff ran and walked for Terry Fox this morning at Eglinton Park! It was an incredible community event filled with spirit, smiles, and a blaze of House colours in support of the Terry Fox Foundation. 🍁🌈

A big thank you to the Parents’ Association for helping everyone cool down with delicious freezies after the run.

Alum are invited to join us on Tuesday, November 24 for opening night of All's Well at Crow's Theatre! The evening includes a reception in their brand new Cabaret space and a pre-show artist chat with playwright Erin Shields and director Jackie Maxwell, moderated by SCS alum Bryn Kennedy ’13, Assistant to the Artistic Director.

6:00 p.m. Reception starts.
6:30 p.m. Pre-show artist chat.
7:15 p.m. Reception ends.
7:30 p.m. Show time.

Our group ticket rate is $66.67 and will be available until October 1. For the promotion code, please visit SCS Connect or email [email protected].

If you're unable to come to SCS for an upcoming fall Open House, please join us virtually for SCS Community Voices: A Virtual Panel Discussion on September 23! Hear firsthand from members of our community about the St. Clement’s School experience. It's an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about our academic and co-curricular programming, and discover what makes SCS such a special place to learn and grow.
