WHAT IS LIP NEUTRALIZATION?

Lip neutralization is a specialized cosmetic tattoo procedure for lips that have cooler, darker, or uneven tones. The goal is to balance, lighten and neutralize underlying tones so they appear more even and brighter.

This treatment is often ideal for clients who:
• Have naturally cool-toned, purple, brown, or grayish lips
• Feel their lips are uneven in colour
• Want a warmer, more lively looking lip tone without wearing lipstick every day
• Are looking for a natural enhancement

Every set of lips is unique, which means neutralization is a process. Some clients may require multiple sessions to achieve the desired result, depending on their natural lip tone and how their skin heals.

For this client our goal was to the take the pink tone in the middle of her lips and use that as our guide for overall. Although they look brighter and more pink immediately after the procedure, they will heal much more muted and blend with the colour she naturally has.

MODEL CALL ✨

We are looking for a model with naturally pale lips for an upcoming lip blushing project. We’re seeking someone between the ages of 25–45 who is looking for a very soft, natural result.

Requirements:
• No previous lip tattooing or lip blush
• Naturally pale/light-toned lips similar to the examples shown
• Available for follow-up healing photos during the healing process
• Living nearby is preferred (east end Toronto), as mid-healing check-ins will be required
• Must be comfortable with photos and video taken

To apply, please send us clear photos of your lips with:
• No gloss, lipstick, or lip products
• Natural daylight (near a bright window is best)
• A few close-up photos of your lips
• At least one full-face photo

Sometimes with age, having filler injected in the lips, trauma to the lips or just your natural anatomy, the edges can lose colour and definition.
