We get asked all the time why our products don’t always smell “strong”…

At Hummingbird Organics, we don’t use essential oils for fragrance — we use them with purpose.

Each essential oil is carefully chosen for its traditional botanical properties and used in an appropriate, carefully measured amount. Sometimes the scent may be subtle, and that’s intentional.

Our products aren’t about making the strongest-smelling blend. They’re about choosing herbs and essential oils thoughtfully for what they bring to the product.

I’ve had quite a few people asking whether I sell my mullein — so I’ve finally decided to start offering it!

These are hand-harvested and carefully dried mullein leaves packaged right here at Hummingbird Organics.

Our Deep Pain Relief — Arnica Roller is made with dried arnica flowers slowly infused into jojoba and apricot kernel oils.

Arnica has a long history of traditional topical use in herbal preparations and massage oils for tired, overworked areas.

The roller makes it super easy to apply exactly where you want it without having to carry around a jar of balm.

Our handcrafted Fire C***r is officially back in stock at Hummingbird Organics.

Fire C***r is a traditional herbal tonic made by slowly infusing apple c***r vinegar with a bold combination of roots, herbs, citrus and warming spices, then finishing it with raw honey.

Traditionally used as part of a seasonal wellness routine, Fire C***r is especially popular during the fall and winter months. Its warming, tangy and slightly spicy flavour makes it an easy addition to your daily routine when cold and flu season arrives.

Our Fire C***r is made in small batches using real, recognizable ingredients rather than artificial flavours or unnecessary additives.

Take it by the spoonful, dilute it in a little warm water, add it to tea, or even incorporate it into salad dressings and other foods.

There’s something pretty special about making your own herbal infusions.

This beautiful ruby-red oil is my freshly made St. John’s Wort Infused Oil. The rich colour you see is completely natural and develops as the plant’s constituents infuse into the carrier oil.

St. John’s Wort has a long history of traditional use in herbal preparations, particularly in topical oils and balms. I love being able to start with simple botanicals and slowly transform them into an ingredient that can become part of my handcrafted creations.

This batch will now become one of the beautiful herbal ingredients I keep on hand for future Hummingbird Organics products.
