Become an ally by adopting these simple but powerful actions all year long:

Listen: be open to learning from the experiences of others
Believe: support survivors and those affected by violence. It is very important that you say the words ‘’I believe you’’ and ‘’This is not your fault’’
Educate (yourself and others): learn the facts about GBV; know what your workplace policies say about violence and harassment; take a course; participate in an event
Speak out: add your voice to call out violence
Intervene: find a safe way to help when you see acts of gender-based violence. Name what you see. Express your concern and ask how you can help. Intervening can also mean providing support and resources
Act: give your time or donate to organizations working to end gender-based violence

Older kids first day back to school, and THIS was (1 of) my accomplishment while they were gone.
Can I sit next to Athena? I think we'd get along just fine-ish...

Omg, me too!!! Not an athletic bone in my body, but when it came to jeopardy I was one of the first to get chosen, lol

Baby J's first Christmas tree photos... I'm sure there'll be more shoots in the future- he's so darn photogenic.

Baby's 1st Halloween costume.

I was supposed to go as Two-Face last year and dress my "bump" up as a bag of $$, but tat didn't pan out as I had to stay home with our oldest, who was very sick with a sinus infection. SO, I decided to do it thus year, with my little wee one as my loot. :)
Tiggers bum represents his head, lol (I didn't want to risk using pins or a needle near a wiggly baby's head, lol).

Brave mumma- taking some late-night pics of this little angel before putting him to bed for the night.

My maternity photoshoot, a Christmas gift from my hubby (the "big" gift, and basically the only thing I asked for-- something I'd wanted to do with our second, but we weren't able to do so).
