Hydration is key in the warmer months and that includes your lips. Between sun, wind, and heat, they can dry out fast. A few simple rituals can help you keep them soft, smooth, and healthy all season long.

Hydrate first from the inside. Drink plenty of water (your skin will thank you, too).

Exfoliate gently with a simple DIY scrub with sugar + coconut oil. Use once or twice a week to slough away dryness.

From the garden to your lips.

This is the story behind my Lemon Balm Lip Rescue, one of my most loved products, and one of the most personal.
