Why I incorporated sound into my treatments
Ever since I attended my first sound bath, it changed my world.
There’s something astonishing about how sound can transport you to places within yourself, or bring you right back into the body.
When sound is present, you don’t really have a choice but to be here. To be present. The whispers in your mind begin to fade, and suddenly, you’re simply feeling, listening, receiving.
And what could be a more perfect addition to a healing spa?
A total sensory experience , that’s what I’ve always strived to create here at LSW. A space where you’re not only receiving through touch, but where sound, vibration, energy and presence come together to create something deeper.

I used to think self-care meant doing something nice for myself once in a while. A treatment when I could fit it in, when things got bad enough, when I remembered.
The membership exists because that’s not actually care. Care is rhythm. It’s knowing your body has a standing appointment with rest, no matter what the month looks like.
