This patient was seeking an improvement of skin texture, particularly with respect to the skin around his eyes. We pre-treated with Dysport at the laugh lines. After one week, he was treated with a combination of Broad Band Light Forever Young and Contour TRL laser, two passes at 25 microns each.
We applied pretreatment numbing cream. Eye shields were placed in his eyes by Dr. Khurana so she could treat the under eye area and improve fine lines and wrinkles in this area. Local anesthetic was also injected in the skin around the eyes prior to the laser peel treatment.

His healing time was approximately seven days with redness ongoing after the treatment. He still had mild redness at his one-month follow-up, this improves over time or can be accelerated with the Broad Band Light Forever Young Treatment. As you can see the treatment improved his skin texture, improved pigment, and overall skin appearance. He looks rested and refreshed.

Post care involved a simple skin care regimen using the Alastin Gentle Cleanser, Alastin Regenerating Nectar and Alastin Soothe and Protect Recovery Balm. Sun protection and sun avoidance is very important during this healing phase.

This lovely patient had a Laser Resurfacing Procedure, performed by Dr. Khurana in the clinic. The patient was seeking overall skin texture improvement, particularly in the areas of her cheeks and lines around the lips. Topical numbing was applied prior to the treatment and she was able to use Pronox to improve her tolerance to this procedure.

At her one-month follow-up, she had six vials of fillers in the cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and chin. She was treated with Restylane Skin Boosters in the lines around the mouth and lower face to further improve the texture.

She will follow up with a series of Broad Band Light Forever Young treatments to further improve pigment and redness.

One-month follow-up. This patient was treated with PRP, subcision, and Halo. Her acne and rosacea were medically managed with oral and topical treatment.
