On Sunday evening we had the privilege of hosting a beautiful Memory Book Making Evening, facilitated by two peer mentors from Butterfly Support Network. Together, families gathered to create meaningful keepsakes, share stories, and honour the memories of their precious babies in a space filled with compassion, connection, and understanding. Thank you to everyone who attended. We know the courage it takes to walk through the door, open your heart, and share such a deeply personal part of your journey. Your strength, vulnerability, and willingness to connect with others made the evening incredibly meaningful. We hope you left feeling supported, seen, and with a special keepsake to treasure in memory of your precious baby🤍

Some people come into our lives for a season, and some become family in the most unexpected ways.
Today I had the privilege of celebrating my beautiful friend Rose’s 89th birthday over lunch. Since my mom passed away, Rose has lovingly referred to herself as my “foster mom,” and what a gift she has been.
Today she listened without judgment, shared stories from a life well lived, and offered the kind of wisdom that only comes with time, love, and experience. I left with a full heart, a grateful spirit, and a few gentle reminders that I truly needed to hear.
Happy 89th Birthday, Rose. Thank you for your kindness, your wisdom, and for stepping into my life when I needed a mother’s heart. I cherish you more than you know. ❤️

Happy Father’s Day to the king of my castle.
To the young boy I met all those years ago, who became my best friend, my life partner, my husband, and the father of our children. I could never have imagined just how incredible you would be as a dad.
