If I mention availability and there’s a delay in confirming, that time may be taken by another client who books online in the meantime.

Monday’s Muscle – Sartorius

Shape: A long, thin, ribbon-like muscle that runs diagonally across the front of your thigh.

🤓 Fun Fact: The sartorius is the longest muscle in the human body! Its name comes from the Latin word for “tailor,” because the muscle helps position your leg into the cross-legged sitting position traditionally associated with tailors.

📍 Origin → Insertion: Begins at the front of the pelvis and travels diagonally across the thigh, attaching to the inner surface of the tibia.

Purpose: The sartorius helps flex, rotate, and move your hip and bend your knee. It’s involved in many everyday movements, including walking, climbing stairs, and crossing your legs.
