Goodbye 👋 my Friends!

I'm moving to Kelowna BC!

Today is my last day in the salon.

Many of you regular patrons, already know, and we have had our last visit together ❤️

For those who did not know, and would like to have a final appointment with me, I am working select days, at Beauty and Beyond in May.

I will not be taking new clients at this time.

I am recommending my client's to the other fabulous girls

This high school student booked a session and was hoping to get a calico look. While the red and black were possible, it was the blonde that was the holdout. Her revealed light pink hues, as a great deal of splat was living in the hair shaft. I loved it, but the client likes deeper colors. We picked . I did tell her it ends up very fushia looking. She was ok with that. We also did a dark brown and painted that between the foils as well. She purchased all the recommended home care and vowed to follow my instructions. This youngster came back for his second this year. His first perm ever was tighter curls. This time, he went for a . Our plan was to cut the hair after the perm to get a wave effect on the top with a more at the back. But when he saw the perm results, he smiled and said he liked it as is. No further cut required. Hairstyling is a journey. If you are too rigid in your expectations, you are sure to be disappointed. You must remember the varying factors such as hair length, thickness, strength, elasticity, health, and effort in styling. These all have a role in the outcome.
