📚Once the school year begins, our own appointments usually end up at the bottom of the list.... especially moms & teachers.
A free consultation and Emsella demo gives you space to talk about what you have been noticing before your schedule fills up.
You can ask questions, experience what the chair feels like and learn how V Lounge combines Emsella with personalized coaching.
There is no expectation that you arrive knowing exactly what you need.
That is what the conversation is for.

😤 When something feels weak, it is easy to think the answer is to squeeze harder.
But your pelvic floor needs more than effort.
Timing matters. Breathing matters. Recovery matters. And constantly gripping can actually make it harder for your muscles to respond well when you need them.
The goal is not the strongest squeeze possible.
It is a pelvic floor that can support, respond and release.
Take the Pelvic Floor Quiz if you have been doing exercises without knowing whether they match your symptoms.

👩🏫 Teachers are EXPERTS at waiting.
Waiting until recess.
Waiting until lunch.
Waiting until someone can cover the classroom.
Waiting until the end of the day to drink water, use the bathroom or take a full breath.
Your commitment to your students is admirable, but your body should not have to disappear for your day to run smoothly.
Caring for your pelvic and bladder health is not selfish. It helps you continue doing the work you care about with greater comfort and confidence.
Tag or send this to a teacher who needs the reminder!

😅 Back-to-school season is almost here, which means the lunches, schedules, drop-offs, forms, activities and approximately 400 other things are about to take over.
I get it. It sucks trying to add “take care of myself” to a list that is already ridiculous.
But your body still matters.
Leaks, urgency, pressure and discomfort do not have to keep getting pushed to “maybe later.”
You do not need a perfect routine or hours of free time.
You just need a place to start.
Your needs deserve to make the list too.

💗 & HOW you felt while getting there matters too.
Were you panicking?
Were you clenching your entire body?
Did you feel completely out of control?
Improved bladder confidence may include feeling calmer, recognizing signals earlier and responding without the same level of fear.
Regaining continence matters. Regaining trust in your body matters too.
Book a free consultation to discuss what bladder confidence could look like for you.

💁♀️Hey, Mama! Before you pack everyone else’s lunch, fill the backpacks, find the missing shoes and somehow get everyone out the door… don’t forget about YOU.
Your back-to-school pelvic health routine does not need to be another giant thing on your list.
Hydrate. Take a few connected breaths. Notice urgency and tension. Exhale when you lift. Let your body soften at the end of the day.
Start with one, not all of them.
Small, consistent moments of connection can create meaningful change over time.

It needs to RESPOND.
It may support you during movement, coordinate with your breath during effort and release when your body needs to empty or relax.
This is why simply doing more repetitions is not always the complete answer.
Pelvic floor health includes strength, timing, coordination, awareness and the ability to let go.
Integrated support looks at how these pieces work together instead of treating one muscle in isolation.
Share this with someone who has been told to “just do more Kegels.”

😘 Quiet progress is still progress, babe.
Maybe you feel less panic when urgency appears.
You might start to notice that you're finally breathing properly during your morning yoga (even if it's only for 10 minutes before the kids get up).
MAAYBE you maintain bladder control after laughing your butt off with friends.
Or you FINALLY feel confident enough to book that hot pilates class you've been avoiding.
These changes matter.
Healing and retraining are not all-or-nothing processes. Small shifts can be evidence that your body is learning.
Save this for the days when your progress feels difficult to see.

🫶 This is the kind of feedback that means so much.
Because yes, the Emsella chair matters. But so does having someone beside you who explains what is happening, answers the awkward questions, and helps you understand your body along the way.
That is what we at V Lounge bring to every visit.
Pelvic health support should feel informative, personal and encouraging, not like you are being rushed through a treatment.

“I have been working with Elle at V Lounge since July 2025... I have learned so much about my body with the amazing information provided by Elle. In fact, I have learned more from her than I have from any doctor or gynecologist that I have been to in the last 60 years!! I am having excellent results working with her and using the Emsella chair. Her expertise in women's health is amazing and she loves to share her knowledge with you to help you in any area where you may be having problems, especially urinary incontinence. I would recommend her to anyone who needs guidance with pelvic health.”
