Jennifer will guide you through a calming meditation designed to quiet a busy mind, release tension from the body, and help you reconnect with yourself. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

What to expect:

A gentle, guided meditation in the restorative salt environment
Breath-focused relaxation to ease stress and tension
A peaceful, small-group setting (spaces are limited)

What to bring: Comfortable clothing and clean socks. We'll take care of the rest.
