Good evening everyone 🌠

First and most importantly I want to start this post by saying THANK YOU to each of you that support my salon, respect me and my salon and make doing what I love so damn easy. I see ALL of you, no matter how long we've known each other, and I can't say enough how much I appreciate each and every one of you 🩷🙏

Secondly, I am still feeling absolutely shell shocked and soooo disrespected after a few events this last week. I absolutely hate having to make these posts but sometimes people need a friendly reminder about respect 🩷

1. I have the right to refuse service to anyone. Period 🩷

2. Please treat me and anyone in my business with respect. This a safe space, not just for me but for anyone that walks through my door 🩷

3. Please....PLEASE come to me YOURSELF if you are unhappy with your service. I don't know you don't like it and can't fix it if you say and express otherwise. I am one of the most understanding people and handle POLITE/FRIENDLY criticism pretty well. There is zero need to be rude, bully me or send someone to "speak" with me on your behalf. A friendly conversation goes alot further than being a bully and threatening 🩷

4. NO refunds. I will always fix my mistakes and own them. 9/10 its a miscommunication or human error and a super easy fix 🩷

5. Please no more than 1 guest unless necessary or you have let me know in advance. Too many times I end up with 3 or more people in my waiting area and I'm left with the mess and chaos 🩷

6. Any guest(s)/kid(s) you bring in with you are your responsibility 🩷

7. I am not obligated to return messages before 9am or after 5pm during the weekdays or on my days off. Everyone deserves downtime from work 🩷

With that being said I see I have quite a few unread messages in my inboxes and probably some I've opened and forgot to hit send on. Please be patient with me 🙏 I receive messages via text, Instagram, my personal Facebook and business Facebook and there's only one of me. I try my best to multi task during the day but it's a challenge most days. If you have messaged me and I haven't responded, I haven't forgotten you or ignoring you, I will get to your message. This week has been ALOT 🩷
