The Plantar Fascia is a thick band of connective tissue that runs from the heels to the toes on the bottom of the foot.
It assists with arch support, shock absorption, and efficient movement as we walk, hop, and jump!
When we don't use our body for what its meant for then it goes into state of protection when we DO use it.
Its a SLOW and LOW transition to get there! 🐢
Do it too quickly and our body goes into a protective state and gets inflamed/swollen 🔥 then we throw the word -itis onto the end of the word. and then the cycle continues 🌀
Here's a remake of my toe-ga from 2021 verses 2026.
My toes seem have way more control and increased range of motion in the extensions! The curiosity has caught me by surprise!
