• If you’re planning on polish, bring flip flops so you can leave worry-free without smudging your toes.

• Wear pants that can easily roll up to the knees for exfoliation and massage

• Don’t worry about hairy legs — in fact, it’s best not to shave the day of your appointment to help prevent irritation from scrubs, and lotions.
