My favourite summer salad!
Greens, thinly sliced red onion, goat cheese, chopped walnuts
Dressing: 1:1 ratio olive oil/apple cider vinegar, maple syrup to sweeten and a pinch of sea salt

This is by special request ;). And perfect for a chilly day!
Hot Chocolate Elixir
Ingredients:
-2 tsp cacao or coconut butter
-2 tsp cocoa powder
-1-2 Tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
-Dash of sea salt
-1 1/2 cups hot water or chaga tea (see below)
Optional:
-Chaga tea, powder or tincture
-Turkey tail tea or tincture
-Maca powder
-Unflavoured Collagen
-L-glutamine
-Your favourite supplements
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender (make sure your blender can handle hot liquids) and blend until smooth (10-15 seconds). Optionally, mix ingredients in a pot on the stovetop until smooth.
Makes 1 serving.
