Double golf day!

We had a crew out at the annual St. James Jr. Canucks Golf Tournament at Kingswood Golf & Country Club, where we were proud to have both a team on the course and a hole sponsorship.

We also had a hole sponsorship at the Ryan Grandmont Tournament at Bel Acres Golf & Country Club.

A great day supporting our community, connecting with familiar faces, and spending some time on the links.
Not a bad day at the “office”!

We know many people are dealing with the effects of last night’s storm, including flooding, property damage, power outages and a lot of unexpected disruption. Some members of our own team have also been affected and are navigating cleanup and recovery today.

If you have an appointment scheduled with us and need to cancel or reschedule while you focus on your home, family, or cleanup efforts, we completely understand. Please contact the clinic when you’re able and we’ll be happy to find another time that works for you.

We also appreciate your patience and understanding if there are delays in communication or response times today as our team works through the aftermath alongside our patients and community.

We hope everyone is staying safe and wish you all the best during the cleanup and recovery efforts.

ALS affects thousands of Canadians and their families, and throughout June, communities across Manitoba will come together to raise awareness and support through ALS Walk events. While the Winnipeg Walk takes place on June 20, there are also walks happening in communities across the province, as well as virtual participation options for those who wish to get involved from anywhere.

This cause is especially close to our hearts as we support our former team member, Mel (Melodie Kull), who is living with ALS. Mel was not only a valued colleague, but also a mentor and friend to many of us. Her strength, resilience and unwavering spirit continue to inspire everyone who has had the privilege of knowing her.

Donations can be made through the link below, helping fund research, advocacy, and support programs for individuals and families affected by ALS.
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps make a difference.
We're sending our support to Mel, her family and everyone impacted by ALS. 💙

40 years ago I graduated as a Physiotherapist from the U of M!
For a girl who wanted to be a vet her whole life ( only deciding the summer before starting pre-vet that seeing animals in pain was not her future) I would say that I made the very best decision to become a Physio .
The cliche that if you choose the right profession you never work a day in your life definitely applies to me.
I ❤️ my patients /friends, my colleagues, my work environment, I mean who doesn’t love working in a gym where every day is casual day!
As a founding partner in the many inMotion clinics I have also been enriched by working alongside many amazing people from all parts of Manitoba! A special Thank You to Scott Allan and my many colleagues who have made the last 40 years so incredible.
I have been so fortunate to be able to combine my passions of running and physio into a career that I find extremely rewarding 😁. I cannot speak for my patients but I think we have alot of fun at the clinic!
And of course no one can have a Physio career without loyal patients . You are the ones who make the days interesting with your stories and many goals . Without you I likely would have retired years ago or maybe even gone back to school to become a vet 🤣.
Thank you all for making the last 40 years the best career anyone could hope for!
No I am not retiring yet however I will say that I am not planning to work 40 more years no matter how much I love you all! ❤️🤗

After a long Manitoba winter, this is your reminder to take advantage of the sunshine ☀️

Movement doesn’t have to mean an intense workout. A walk, bike ride, round of golf, gardening, or simply getting outside for a bit can go a long way for both physical and mental health.

Start small, stay consistent, and enjoy the nice weather while it’s here.
