I do love body brushing. 🤍
It’s such a simple little ritual, but it has so many lovely benefits.
It gently buffs away dry skin, leaves your skin feeling beautifully soft, helps to stimulate circulation and can support your body’s natural lymphatic drainage too.
I do it before your message, but it only needs to take a few minutes to do before bed or before a shower and it will leave you feeling refreshed from head to toe.
It’s definitely one of my favourite ways to prepare your skin before a treatment.

I’ve used Kaeso from the very beginning of Body Bliss, and they’ve been part of my treatments ever since.
They smell just like a spa, feel so lovely on your skin and are made with naturally derived ingredients.
I only use products that I genuinely love, because I want every treatment to feel as relaxing and special as it should.
I think we all need somewhere to escape every now and then… 🤍
That’s exactly why I created Bubble Bliss.
A few hours to soak up the sunshine, relax in the whirlpool bath, enjoy a treatment, eat some delicious food and simply forget about everything else for a little while.
Come on your own, bring someone you love or make a day of it with a few friends.
