Who said age has to hold you back?
At 65, one of our LiveUp members decided it was time for a change.
No shortcuts. No magic solutions. Just commitment, consistency, and the right support.
Through 12 weeks of personal training, he achieved an incredible transformation.
- -13.8 kg
- -4.0 % body fat
- -10.5 cm on the belly
But this journey is about more than just a number on the scale.
It's about showing up for yourself. Building healthier habits. Challenging your limits. And proving that your age doesn't define what you're capable of.
With a personalised training approach and the guidance of our LiveUp coaches, he turned a decision into real results.
Whether you're 25, 45, or 65, the most important step is the one you decide to take today.
You don't need to be fit to start. You just need to start.
