Lash Growth Oil – Delay Notice
Due to the island-wide Plastic Ban🚫 there are restrictions on plastic packaging, including cosmetic-grade items. As a result, our bottles and brushes were held by Customs for inspection last week.
Unfortunately, during the examination process, the items were exposed to dust, air, and potential contamination.
This has caused unexpected delays in fulfilling orders, as maintaining hygiene and safety standards is top priority.
Thank you for understanding, we apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Whether intentional or not, holding out on payment until the goods hit your doorstep (Auckland) — even after I sent proof of airfreight postal receipts (which I covered) and photos of your packed order is straight-up trifling and unfair!!

Since when did I start offering small bizo offshore credit terms or Afterpay options that don’t even exist on our small island nation?😂🇨🇰

Protect your work, set boundaries, and never feel guilty for expecting what’s due. Small business owners shouldn't have to chase payment after upholding their end, and deserve respect, not excuses💯
