Earthing / Grounding
The understanding that there's a life essence that runs through and encompasses all living things on this Earth
An understanding that We as Humans receive significant (!!!) scientificly-proven healing-benefits by being in skin-contact with the ground beneath us

Do Your self a massive favour - take your shoes of and enjoy the earth beneath your feet occasionally

Hug or sit in a tree !!

It's why after picking up these new shoes from the airport two weeks ago I still can't bring myself to put them on

I really don't like the idea of being isolated from the Ground
I enjoy knowing that there is an unobstructed link between me and the Earth

(Although I am well aware that we are being energeticly-nurtured at all times by the environment we are immersed in)

There's the circulating opinion that Grounding and Earthing are different - Earthing just being in touch with the electrical charge the earths surface delivers
While Grounding involves the perception of sending your energy deep down into the earth and drawing up it's goodness into your Being

I can only go off what I myself perceive when Grounding, and the science that shows Earthing to be of great benefit to the health of at least all land based mammels

Grounding - My 1st real experience

2000 - I had started Study of TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine
I had also just prior been jolted into an awareness in various examples of the energetic field that envelops all things living on this Earth

Amazing synchronocity allowed me to travel to Ancestral-Home Pitcairn Island during the 8 week break between the first and second semesters of School - leaving four days after the 1st ended and returning 8 days before the second started

I walked into the Pitcairn Island Town Centre court-yard and started practicing my newly learnt taichi - moving my feet here and there as I went through the "form"
Not sure if it had any bearing on the matter but I do remember staring at the big towering Norfolk Pine as I came to a finish.

I went to walk off and found I could not physically move my feet, I was absolutely fixed to the ground
I became aware that my "centre" was miles down deep in the Earth
Somehow I had the sense to reach down in my mind pick up my centre and return it into my Dan-Tien My Energy centre just below my belly button
And walked off in Awe

Since then I have enjoyed this practice sending my energy deep down into the depths to what feels like a river of warm running elixer and then perceiving that I then draw this up to circulate through my body or connect it with the cosmic energy I draw in through the top of my head

Occasionally I feel I've had to ask the land that I stood on for permission to "ground" as there was an obvious block towards me or the client I was engaging in the practice with

Remember to spend time barefoot outside - your body will thank you for it

Remote assessment with Horses and People

2016
I had just treated my first horse client

Followed soon after by an experience where I believed I was having telepathic communication with horse's

It prompted me to go to the library and get a book on phycic animal communication (title/author unknown now)

The book explained it was easier to conduct T.C. by using a photo

I had just started treating rescue horses at a farm down the road

They rang me asking me to come work on a horse

"Send me a photo I quipped"

I went outside sat on the lawn, "I imagined driving to the farm in my mind", once "there in the driveway" I felt a pull and could feel me entering the horses body moving down through its lumpy neck, a real coldness in it's chest, a sh*tty left leg and a squimish feeling in it's stomach
God knows how I exited it but images of Jim Carrey come to mind 🤣🤣

Also I heard the name Arthur - cool I thought, his name is Arthur

I went back inside to see if his photo had been sent
Here he is he's a handsome guy his name is trigger 🤔🤔

Ahh ok, I'll go try again, as soon as I zoned in I was getting "Arthur Arthur" while simultaneously feeling "my reins being annoyingly rattled against my cheeks"

Days later with written notes I went to visit him physically
The daughter came out with him and instantly rattled his reins

Oh he doesn't like that I told them

It was something they had learned from fired trainer Arthur !!

His body presented just as I had "remotely senced" it

The other thing that occured was that while I was treating his physical and energetic ailments the handler for the first time ever (rather distraughtly) was having visions of the tormented life this horse had had prior to his arrival

From here I started drawing simple figures of people and remotely assessing them for energetic and physical ailments using either scribble pencil or pendulum

And then believed I was healing them using devinly pulled crystals and healing intent

Telepathic communication with horses

2016

I had been offered horse-riding lessons, I went to the farm met the owner and while I was there did some energy work on an aggressive black horse
The owner invited me to return to ride the horses or heal them whenever I liked

My next visit to the property was Months later - a caretaker rang asking me to come fix a fence that the horses had run through, the owner was away

Weeks after that I had just treated my

I wanted some practice so thought I'd go to the farm and work on the black horse

I arrived the two horses were in seperate paddocks, instantly I felt a pull to brown horse and he was staring hard at me, to test I closed my eyes turned towards black horse but felt my body being pulled back around to brown horse

So I approached brownie normally I'd put a hand out to a horses withers (shoulder) but I instead instinctively reached my hand under and onto his off-side jaw, it was clenched tight ,- muscle bound, I also looked down and "sensed" that there was something wrong with it's leg
I started on its jaw freeing that and worked along it's neck

Suddenly the horse is nodding / bobbing up and down to it's leg like "fix my leg fix my leg"

I sat down beside it and then decided to in my mind "ask" brownie what happened ?

B: Oh I hurt it running through the fence

M: What I assumed that was blackie ?

B: No it was me frightened by the weather

Hang on I thought, I could be making this story up in my mind with the gathered info I already had

"What else is wrong" I asked

B: my right rear hip and blackies front left shoulder

I was amazed to find this to be the case

What I also noted that day was that as I was doing the work on brownie - finding and releasing muscular-skeletal problems or energetic blockages on Brownie,

it was Blackie that was making all the release sighs and snorts

Making me realize the 3 of us were sharing the same healing space

An incredible blessed day

It caused me to get a book from the library on animal communication leading to experiencing "remote assessment" as in this story
