I hope you don’t comb your hair everyday; you lose strands as you do.
I didn’t even comb my hair on this day. It did its thing by adjusting naturally and still had people going crazy about it 😌🥰

You should consider adding coffee to your hair regimen if you are going bald, and especially if you are (not limited to) a man.

Do not use decaffeinated coffee and I do not mean that you should drink the coffee.
Topical application is the way to go.

Brew your coffee as though to drink, let it cool down then apply it on your scalp and massage your scalp. Follow that with your hair oil and repeat twice a week.

We are in the rainy season and since the weather is quite cold, we are modifying water temperatures to wash our hair. I use lukewarm and sometimes warm water but I know people who use hot water.
These water temperatures keep the hair cuticles open and requires cold water to close them up.
Therefore, after washing your hair please pour cold water on your hair to close the cuticles.

The more your hands go to your hair, the more you lose hair.
My main hair goals for 2024 have been length retention and health. To achieve this, and among other things, I’ve been doing protective styles that lasts for at least 5 to 6 weeks.

I’m saying this to say that, you’ll be able to limit hair breakage by taking your hands away from your hair.

Sometimes you just need to put your hair in a protective style and leave it for a month or more. I kept this style for 6 weeks and was impressed with the length I retained.
