What you’ll need:
Warm water
2 tbsp baking soda or salt
1 cup vinegar or lemon juice
Pumice stone / foot scrubber
Sugar + coconut oil (or olive oil)
Thick moisturizer (Vaseline / shea butter)

Step 1: Soak your feet 🛁
Fill a basin with warm water. Add baking soda + vinegar (or lemon juice).
Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes to soften dead skin.
Step 2: Scrub away rough skin 🪨
Use a pumice stone or foot scrubber.
Gently rub heels and rough areas in circular motions.
Don’t be too harsh—slow and gentle works best.
Step 3: DIY exfoliating scrub ✨
Mix sugar + coconut oil.
Scrub your feet for 3–5 minutes to remove remaining dead skin.
Step 4: Rinse & dry 🚿
Wash off everything with clean water and pat your feet dry.
Step 5: Deep moisture 💧
Apply a thick layer of Vaseline or shea butter.
Massage it in, especially on heels and cracks.
Step 6: Lock it in 🧦
Wear socks overnight to seal in moisture.
