Today, I visited an Embodied AI training ground in Xiong'an, where robots learn from real-world data and interactions. Around 1,000 high-quality data entries are generated here every day to help train the AI models behind these machines.
This isn't just a robot training center—it's a glimpse into the future.

What does it take to train a robot?
Today, I visited an embodied AI training center in Xiong'an New Area, one of China's newest innovation hubs. The facility serves as a training ground where robots learn to interact with real-world environments through repeated tasks and simulations, helping them improve perception, decision-making, and movement. I even had the chance to experience some of the training activities myself!
As China continues to invest in next-generation technologies, places like Xiong'an are becoming testing grounds for the innovations of tomorrow.

A few days ago, I attended the launch of Footprints in Shanghai: The Meaning of Distance Between Egypt and China and a China-Arab academic dialogue exploring how literature and cultural exchange can help bridge cultures and connect people. One of the most memorable experiences at the fair was trying an intelligent calligraphy device that guides brushstrokes in real time, blending modern technology with the centuries-old art of Chinese calligraphy.
