Wow! ✨ Na 3 bijzondere, energieke, fantastische, inspirerende maar vooral leerzame dagen van de training “Transformation Cupping, Detox and Bodywork, mag ik mij nu officieel Certified Transformational Cupping Therapeut noemen! 🥳
Cupping komt uit de traditionele Chinese geneeskunde en wordt al eeuwenlang gebruikt om blokkades op te heffen.
Transformational Cupping (TC) is een vorm van cupping waarbij er naast de cupping massage ook gebruik gemaakt wordt van onder andere manuele therapie, 🥬 voeding en het ontgiften van het lichaam. Er worden verschillende Westerse en Oosterse geneeswijzen gecombineerd om zo voor iedere klacht het gewenste resultaat te kunnen behalen.
Bij deze methode worden de cups niet op een plek geplaatst en trekken ze vacuum maar we bewegen er juist mee, op zoek naar verklevingen en opgehoopte afvalstoffen om deze te verzachten en te laten verdwijnen. Het doel is om alles weer te laten “doorstromen”. 🤍
