Storytime. I'm not a football fanatic BUT I'm super proud and supportive of our Blue Wave 🌊 team.
This Blue Wave 🌊 effect touches everyone in their core and of course I also want to be part of it. So last Thursday I got out and joined for the lighting of our city. It's Blue 💙 everywhere.
Being part of the festivities is part of my play and fun time. At the same time I don't want my nervous system to get overstimulated cause I won't be able to sleep with a mind that's making overtime. So afterwards when I reached home, I reach for my Relahá candle to relax my mind, body and nervous system. Cause an over stimulated nervous system can lead to anxiety.
My advise to my ladies, be part of the Blue Wave 🌊, enjoy it and remember to come back to yourself afterwards. Calm after excitement.
