4 mistakes that will prevent the client from coming back!

This post is useful to read both for existing lash masters and also for those who are just starting their journey.

The main indicator of the quality of our work is returnability.

If 8 out of 10 clients returned for repeated procedures, then you can be calm, and if 2-3 come back, then your business is bad, and you need to understand what the matter is!

After all, it often happens that a client who is satisfied with everything after the procedure does not come again!

🟠Problem 1:
• The client experiences painful sensations, discomfort, eyelashes interfere.
> Reason: gluing, small indentation, incorrectly selected eyelash thickness and volume.

🟠Problem 2:
• The eyes turn red, itchy, the client thinks he has an allergy.
> Reason: incorrect fixation of the eyelids, fumes get on the mucous membrane.

🟠Problem 3:
• The client's eyelashes quickly begin to look bad: they sag, shaggy, regrown eyelashes stick out like antennas.
> Reason: incorrect work with anagen, direction errors, large indentation, incorrect work with rows.

🟠Problem 4:
• The client doesn't like eyelashes. After thinking, the client after wearing the extendend eyelashes thought and realized that "it is not my thing".

WIDE-SPACED EYES - TO FEAR OR HELP THE CLIENT?

Of course help! So, wide-spaced eyes - the distance between the eyes is more than one eye.

Also, the eyes may appear wide-spaced due to the width of the bridge of the nose, the position of the eyebrows and cheekbones. ⠀

It is logical that the task of the master in such a situation is to visually bring the eyes closer.

How? Move the accent closer to the inner corner of the eyes - to the middle.

1. Natural effect. In this case, it is necessary to shorten the length of the eyelashes by moving to the outer corner.

2. In the middle, accentuate with a big curve.

3. Work with volume and thickness. For example: at the beginning of the middle - 3D, at the end of the middle - 2D. Apply thickness in the same way.

4. Apply colored eyelashes. Start with dark browns and go to lighter tones at the outer corners of the eye, or from black at the beginning to brown at the end.

1. Натуральный эффект. При этом необходимо сокращать длину ресничек двигаясь к внешнему уголку.

2. Во второй трети (середине) сделайте акцент большим изгибом.

3. Работайте с объемом и толщиной. Например: первые две трети – 3D, в последней – 2D. По этому же принципу применяйте толщину.

4. Применяйте цветные речники. Начинайте с темно-коричневых, а на внешних переходите в светлые тона, либо от черных вначале к коричневым в конце.

Each of you is individual and requires a unique author's approach. Therefore, the masters always offer their advice before extending the eyelashes in order to adapt the resulting photo for you.

Зачастую девушки показывают нам фото и говорят, что им нужно точно также. Но даже при условии, что мастер сделал максимально приближенные параметры, наращивание выглядит по-другому.

✔️ФОРМА ЛИЦА. Кто-то имеет близко посаженные глаза, кто-то наоборот. Этот факт важно учитывать, чтобы реснички смотрелись органично и украшали Вас💫.

✔️РАЗРЕЗ ГЛАЗ. При помощи ресниц можно: визуально распахнуть взгляд, скорректировать форму, удлинив глаз.

✔️НЕОБХОДИМЫЙ ЭФФЕКТ. У каждой девушки разное количество ресниц, разная густота и толщина. Поэтому у одних одинарный объем смотрится максимально естественно, а у других выглядит как полноценный двойной.

Каждая из Вас – индивидуальна и требует к себе авторского уникального подхода. Поэтому мастера всегда предлагают свою консультацию перед наращиванием, чтобы адаптировать полученное фото под Вас.

CHECK-LIST BEFORE EYELASH EXTENSION.

- Decide on the volume.
- Incomplete / single - look as natural as possible.
- One-and-a-half / double volumes - effect of lashes painted with mascara.
- Triple / Hollywood volumes - for lovers of lush bright eyelashes.
- Decide on a choice of colors.
Usually clients choose black eyelashes, however, we advise blondes and brown-haired women to try brown or dark chocolate eyelashes.
- Decide on the length.
You can extend eyelashes by the length of your own eyelashes or longer (but not more than 3 mm). For the first time, we recommend lengthening by 1-2 mm.
- Decide on the bend.
Smooth (C-bend), twisted (D-bend) or new fashion bends (L and M) to create an arrow effect.
- Decide on the effect.
Whether you want to change the shape of the eye or not. Open your eyes or stretch them out.

RULES FOR CUSTOMER

⚫️ If possible, do not use cosmetics with oils in less than 5 days.

⚫️ Do not restore eyelashes with care products.

⚫️ Do not consume coffee, alcohol before the eyelash extension procedure.

⚫️ During the procedure, it is necessary to completely relax the facial muscles, so it is better to clarify questions before the eyelash extension procedure.

⚫️ It is normal to smell the glue during the build-up of eyelashes, although not all of them have a sharp smell.

⚫️ If during the procedure there is discomfort that can lead to tears, you must immediately inform the master about this.

⚫️ During the procedure, the eyes must be kept tightly closed, the slightest slit can lead to a strong redness of the eye.

⚫️ Do not freeze your eyes strongly, this can lead to glues and to the wrong direction of the cilia.

⚫️ If you feel burning on any eye during the build-up, you must immediately inform the master.

HOW TO STORE LIQUIDS CORRECTLY

What does the word "liquids" mean for an eyelash extension master.

-Glue
-Foam
-Degreaser
-Remuver
-Primer
-Fixer
-Amplifier

🔴How to store them so that they serve until the end of their expiration date?

✔️ Always close the lid / cap tightly after use.
✔️Do not refrigerate after opening.
✔️Exclude storage in direct sunlight.
✔️ Always clean the dispenser.
✔️Do not leave near an open fire (this goes without saying, but just in case, it is better to mention, suddenly you have a fireplace in the studio or you are extending eyelashes in the kitchen😁😅).
✔️ Never try to pour leftover liquids into the next bottle. And we strongly recommend that you exclude such experiments: “I wonder if I mix fast and slow glue, then it will have an average adhesion time”?

⚠️NOTE: We do not use liquids after the expiration date (even if it is a pity to throw it away).

Simple, right? Do you observe everything?

🔴Как их хранить, чтобы они прослужили до конца срока годности?

✔️Всегда после использования плотно закрываем крышку/колпачок.
✔️После открытия не храним в холодильнике.
✔️Исключаем хранение под прямыми солнечными лучами.
✔️Всегда очищаем дозатор/горлышко/носик.
✔️Не оставляем возле открытого огня (это само собой, но на всякий случай, лучше упомянуть, вдруг у Вас камин есть в студии или Вы наращиваете на кухне😁😅).
✔️Ни в коем случае не пытаемся переливать остатки жидкостей в следующий флакон. И не дай Бог, экспериментировать: «Интересно, если я смешаю быстрый и медленный клей, то он будет со средним временем сцепки»?😂

⚠️ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Не используем жидкости после окончания срока годности (даже если очень жааааалко выбрасывать😅).
